Commencement of Technical Infrastructure Project of Residential Area in Phu Xuan Commune, Tho Xuan District

The project has an area of about 10.4 ha of used land with an estimated total investment of 47 billion VND, including roads, drainage system, water supply, electricity supply, sidewalks, and trees. Investment capital comes from the district budget and other legally mobilized sources.

After the completion of the project, a new residential area will be formed to meet the needs of urban development, the demand for residential land of the people, and at the same time improve the area's landscape environment.
