Construction progress of Vientiane (Laos) international airport terminal expansion project in December 2017
In December 2017, INVESTCORP continues to carry out all outdoor items such as concrete drains, curbs, interlocking tiles and auxiliary at the Vientiane (Laos) international airport terminal expansion project – the International passenger terminal West (IPTB West). It is expected that these items will be accepted and handed-over in January 2018.
Besides, at the International passenger terminal East (IPTB East), indoor items and outdoor items are being proceeded in line. As expected in January 2018, all indoor items will be completed and handed-over to the Owner while outdoor items will continue to be implemented.
At the International concourse, the entire 2nd floor and 3rd floor will be completed and handed-over in January 2018 in advance. The rest of the 1st floor and out-of-home ground will be carried out and handed-over later.
At the Existing passenger terminal, all of the renovation area will be handed-over in May 2018. However, INVESTCORP will carry out and hand-over some items in this area in January 2018 in advance.
