Construction progress of Vientiane (Laos) International Airport Terminal Expansion Project in October 2017
At the International passenger terminal West (IPTB West), on October 13, 2017, both phases of the indoor items were accepted and handed over to the Owner for use. The outdoor items will be continued proceeding and handed over on November 30, 2017.
The Contractor is currently continuing to complete the construction items such as building, plastering, tiling, gypsum ceiling-partition and painting … at the International passenger terminal East (IPTB East). As expected, all items will be completed in December 2017 to inspect and handed over on January 31, 2018.
At the International Concourse, the installation of gypsum ceiling-partition, aluminum glass wall is being implemented. It is expected that the 2nd floor and 3rd floor of the International Concourse will be handed over on November 30, 2017.
Renovation of the Existing international passenger terminal was started in October 2017 and will finished on May 31, 2018.
