Construction progress of Vientiane (Laos) International Airport Terminal Expansion Project in September 2017

At present, the Vientiane (Laos) international airport terminal expansion project is stepping into handover stage. At the international passenger terminal West (IPTB West), after handover of the 1st stage, all categories of the 2nd stage have been started implementing and expected to be done on 13 Oct 2017. The outdoor area is also being carried out to handover on 30 Nov 2017.

At the international passenger terminal East (IPTB East), finishing works such as brickwork, plastering, tiling, gypsum ceiling and partition and painting… are also promptly executed for acceptance and repair of defect if any. It is expected that all of the IPTB East will be handed over on 31 Jan 2018.

The 2nd and 3rd floors of the International Concourse are being continued to install gypsum ceiling and partition, glass aluminum partition and will be expected to be handed over by 31 Oct 2017.
