Construction progress update in April 2022 – Star Villas project
At the end of April 2022, INVESTCORP Myanmar has basically completed 95% of the workload. Currently, Villas No. 1B, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15 & 16 have been completed and handed over to put into use. The construction of painting inside and outside Villa No. 1A was completed in parallel with the leveling, fence, gate, and yard.
Villas No. 3 & 14 are being preliminarily accepted with the Investor, completed and handed over and put into use in early May 2022. In May 2022, INVESTCORP Myanmar will continue to complete the construction of Villa No. 1A for the Investor to take over and hand over the overall project.
