Construction progress update in April 2022 – Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province
In April 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has completed casting all manhole components, pits, concrete covers for sewage ditches, and curbs. The volume of other jobs achieved in the month, including construction of the crushed base grade type II reached 70%, the upper layer grade type I reached 30%; installation of curbs reached 55%; paving tile work reached 25%; wastewater drainage system reached 97%; installation of water supply system reached 70%.
Besides, by actively coordinating human and machinery, actively working with the locality, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has relocated the medium and low voltage lines, ensuring the site clearance. Since then, the construction of the crushed stone layer has been carried out according to the contract schedule.
As planned in May 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will speed up construction and complete items such as surface water drainage system, installation of curbs, and paving bricks.
