Construction progress update in July 2022 – Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province
At the end of July 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has focused on constructing and basically completing 90% of the drainage system. The works done in the month include the installation of the concrete drainage ditch for daily life arising on the 3A route reached 60%, the pouring of foundation concrete and tiling pavement reached 70%, and the crushed stone foundation layer of routes 3, 4 & 7. Besides, the clean water supply pipeline system was executed by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa and completed 98% of the volume. Regarding roads, the construction of crushed stone foundation layer grade I has reached 75% of the volume.
In August 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will continue to complete the drainage system, the foundation of internal roads, and concrete spreading. In parallel, the works of installing sidewalk curbs, paving bricks, planting trees and other additional items at the request of the Investor will be implemented by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa.
