Construction progress update in November 2022 – Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province
In November 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has implemented the construction of crushed stone type II and construction of crushed stone type I with over 90% of the volume.
For the items of curbs, sidewalks, and tree plant, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has constructed 92% of the sidewalk tiles and 60% of the park. At the same time, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has also completed the construction of the wastewater drainage system and the installation of the substation.
It is expected that in December 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will speed up the construction of the crushed stone foundation and carry out the work of spreading asphalt on the remaining roads of the project; completing the construction and installation of sidewalks, paving tiles and installing water and electricity supply systems.
