Construction progress updated in April 2023 – Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project in Quang Dong Commune, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province
In April 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa mobilized machinery and labor to implement the items of the contract.
The works performed by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa during the month included the construction of the K95 road embankment at 83%; the K98 road embankment at 91%; installation of sewerage systems D600, and D400 at 91%. The total volume is estimated at 29% of the contract volume.
According to the plan in May 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will focus on completing the construction of the K98 road embankment, implementing the construction of foundation aggregate mix on the roads that have been handed over; completing the embankment of sidewalks and rainwater drainage systems for the remaining roads.
