Construction progress updated in April 2023 – Sao Mai Resort Project, Tho Lam Commune – Tho Xuan District – Thanh Hoa Province
In April 2023, INVESTCORP 6 Company completed the construction of structural concrete and plastering at the reception area. At the Family villa area, INVESTCORP 6 started the construction of the foundation and structure.
It is expected that in May 2023, the Company will carry out an acceptance test and hand over the items of the Rubby Four Seasons villa area and Bungalow under the lake; at the same time, complete the construction of the structure of the Family villa area.
