Construction progress updated in April 2023 – Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province
At the end of April 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa basically completed the construction of roads and campus items.
The works performed by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa in April included pouring asphalt pavement and paving the sidewalk with 100% completion; the leveling work of the parkland reached 94%, the construction of drainage ditches reached 95%. The total accumulated construction volume reached 98% of the contract volume.
As planned in May 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will complete the installation of electricity and water supply systems and complete the construction of the green campus.
