Construction progress updated in August 2021 – Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project
In August 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed the construction of all ground concrete, pile extraction and 50% of the dismantling of the formwork for ground beam and slab. The waterproofing of the exterior basement walls and sanding the exterior basement walls have also been completed. Other jobs have also been carried out in parallel such as repairing concrete surfaces and cleaning after dismantling formwork.
It is expected that in September 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar will focus on speeding up the dismantling of the formwork system for ground beam and slab to inspect the entire basement structure and clean up the entire site and hand over it to the Investor in accordance with the agreed schedule.
