Construction progress updated in August 2021 – Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project
At the end of August 2021, at the Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project, INVESTCORP 15 Company has completed the construction of all columns on the 1st floor, beam and slab concrete on the 2nd floor of the office area and is continuing the construction of internal and external plastering of the walls surrounding the factory area. The bottom and walls of the ditch system in the factory have been completed and will be carry out finishing work together with the ground concrete. Currently, INVESTCORP 15 is starting to implement the lean concrete of the factory floor in parallel with digging, filling the earthing system and compacting the factory floor.
It is expected that in September 2021, INVESTCORP 15 will complete the construction of the 3rd floor concrete, the roof of the office area and start building walls, waterproofing fire tanks, and waterproofing the roof of the office area. In the factory area, the earthing system, compaction of the factory floor, concrete lining, and deck concrete will be completed in September 2021.
