Construction progress updated in August 2021 – Star Villas project
At the end of August 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar continues to focus on completing villas No. 7, 8, 9 & 11 which are expected to hand over to the Investor in September and early October 2021. Currently, INVESTCORP Myanmar starts to carry out painting, gypsum ceiling, gate yard and finishing work for villas No. 3, 6, 10, 12 & 14. Villas No. 15 and 16 are continuing to be plastered and villa No. 1B is under construction of roof concrete structure and preparing to erect roof structure.
In September 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar will continue completing the early handover villas No. 7, 8, 9 & 11 and the finishing work of villas No 3, 6, 10, 12, 14, 15 & 16 and finishing the structure of villa 1B.
