Construction progress updated in August 2021 – Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province
The Typical residential area infrastructure project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province was started on July 24, 2021 with an area of over 10 hectares, including main items: infrastructure construction of medium-voltage and low-voltage power lines, road system, surface water and wastewater drainage system and tree planting in the residential area. The Typical residential area infrastructure project has a total investment capital of over VND 68 billion, built in 341 days, meeting the needs of urban development, residential land needs of the people and contributing to the management and implementation of investment according to planning.
In August 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has carried out the construction of mud dredging, foundation and road molding excavation and K95 backfilling for the foundation of roads No. 1, 2, 3A, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 & 11; construction of 50% of road foundation works and at the same time carrying out the foundation casting work for the medium-voltage and low-voltage power lines; fabricating and processing manhole foundation formwork for surface water and wastewater drainage.
According to the implementation plan in September 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will continue to carry out the construction of mud dredging, K95 and K98 road backfilling, and gathering bases into the construction site; continue to construct the foundation of medium-voltage and low-voltage power lines, move low-voltage power lines and construct the casting of rainwater drainage system components.
