Construction progress updated in August 2021 – Yi Da Garment Factory Project Phase 3 - Canteen & Motorbike parking
On June 10, 2021, the Yi Da Garment Factory Project Phase 3 - Canteen & Motorbike parking of Yi Da Vietnam Limited was commenced at Song Thao Industrial Complex, Cam Khe town, Cam Khe district, Phu Tho province. The Canteen & Motorbike parking is built with a 3-storey open space design, a total floor area of 7,140m2 and a building height of 11.35m.
At the end of August 2021, INVESTCORP Dong Minh has completed the construction of floor beams on the 3rd floor, the 2nd and 3rd floors’ stairs, columns on the 3rd floor and floor beams of the ramp. The safety railing, wall construction and surface fixing of floor beams are being implemented.
In September 2021, INVESTCORP Dong Minh will fabricate and erect steel structures; install corrugated iron roof, safety railings; build, plaster and paint walls and stairs; grind and fix surface of floor beams and construct doors and windows.
It is expected that the Canteen – Motorbike parking will be completed and put into use in October 2021.
