Construction progress updated in August 2022 – Technical infrastructure project of residential area in Quang Dong commune, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province
In August 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited focused on executing the project items under the contract. Construction works during the month includes road surface leveling and repair, compaction and land restitution of K98 soil; rainwater drainage system and processing and casting of concrete components reached 96%. Total volume is estimated at 26% of contract volume.
According to the implementation plan in September 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will focus on completing the construction and embankment of K95 and K98 road foundation that have been handed over the site; construction of pavement embankment and construction of rainwater drainage system for the remaining roads.
