Construction progress updated in August 2023 – Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project in Quang Dong commune, Thanh Hoa city
In August 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa constructed the K95 road embankment at 83%; the K98 road embankment construction at 91%; construction of crushed stone foundation grade II at 90%; and construction of crushed stone foundation grade I reached 80%.
In addition, the Company also basically completed the installation of D600 and D400 drainage systems. Total volume is estimated at 48%.
As planned in September 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will focus on completing construction of crushed stone for the roads; completion of pavement embankment, installation of electrical systems, clean water supply systems, fire protection and wastewater drainage systems.
