Construction progress updated in August 2023 – Sao Mai Resort Project, Tho Lam Commune – Tho Xuan District – Thanh Hoa Province
In August 2023, INVESTCORP 6 continued to construct plastering and tiling for Family Villas. For the reception area, INVESTCORP 6 is implementing tiling and completing exterior items.
At the Rubby Four Seasons villas, the Bungalow under the lake, and the tennis court, the laundry has been completed by INVESTCORP 6 and the interior is under completion to take acceptance and handing over.
It is expected that in September 2023, the Company will hand over the items of the Rubby Four Seasons villas, Bungalow under the lake, tennis court, laundry house, and complete construction of the Family villa area.
