Construction progress updated in December 2021– Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project

In December 2021, INVESTCORP 15 has completed most of the previously submitted progress. INVESTCORP 15 has completed internal and external plastering work of the office area. The roof waterproofing and siphonic drainage system for the office roof have also been completed. At the same time, the items including painting and tiling the floor, the entire glass windows and louvers of the factory, priming work of internal and external factory walls, fire rated gypsum walls have also been completed. Besides, the cover of the additional wastewater treatment tank has also been cast concrete.

In January 2022, the finishing package for the office area will continue to be constructed the following items: painting, tiling floors, drywall ceilings, stairs, roof heat resistant and heat protection concrete. The fireproof drywall, wall painting, installation of fireproof rolling doors, iron doors for the factory will also be completed. The wastewater treatment tank will be waterproofed and handed over to the Investor to install the wastewater treatment system.
