Construction progress updated in December 2021 – Renovation and improvement project of Thanh Quang Park (historical site of lamp factory), Ba Dinh ward, Thanh Hoa city
At the end of December 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has completed the construction of 100% of the surface water drainage system and underground electrical lines; installed lights in the campus and completed the installation of quote stones and the nameplate with Thanh Hoa green stone. In addition, the installation of natural stone sidewalks, flower beds and box steel railings around the lake has reached 90%. The works are nearly completed, including: paving the internal road and courtyard with Terrazzo tiles and paving the steps up and down the lake with natural stone reached 80% of the volume; the renovation of cultural houses and public toilets reached 70% of the progress.
Despite many difficulties and great impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has made great efforts as well as expressed its enthusiasm for the renovation and improvement project of Thanh Quang Park. The completion of the renovation and improvement project of Thanh Quang Park will preserve and promote the historical value of the relic, and at the same time embellish a place that has gone deep into people's hearts.
It is expected that in January 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited will complete the remaining items. The completion of the renovation and improvement project of Thanh Quang Park will create a beautiful and modern urban landscape, in order to preserve special historical values and regenerate for sustainable tourism development associated with socio-economic development, improve the people's living environment, contribute to the development of an increasingly civilized and modern Thanh Hoa city.
