Construction progress updated in December 2021 – Star Villas project
In Yangon - Myanmar, in the face of political upheavals and impacts from the Covid-19 pandemic, INVESTCORP Myanmar still tries to overcome difficulties, challenges, and strives to ensure the construction progress on schedule as well as ensure the safety of all employees and workers.
In December 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed and handed over villas No. 7 and No. 9, completed the brickwork and plastering of villa 1B and the structure of villa 1A. Currently, INVESTCORP Myanmar is carrying out painting and gypsum ceiling of villa 1B, erection of roof structure and plastering of villa 1A; continue to speed up finishing paint and gypsum walls and ceilings, install electrical and plumbing equipment in villas No. 3, 6, 10, 12, 14, 15 & 16. Besides, the outdoor works such as fence, gate, yard, drainage system... are also implemented, ensuring the required progress of the Investor.
In January 2022, INVESTCORP Myanmar will accelerate the construction and finishing work of villas No. 3, 6, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16 & 1B. In addition, the plastering and erecting works of the roof structure of villa No. 1A will also be urgently constructed.
