Construction progress updated in December 2022 – Expansion project of Meiko Quang Minh manufacturing and assembling electronic components factory - Phase 1

For the underground water tank – parking house, INVESTCORP Dong Minh has basically completed the waterproofing system, poured concrete roof, tiled stairs, and installed exterior railing and doors. At the same time, INVESTCORP Dong Minh has also completed 100% of the wall painting and door erection for the electric house and is implementing painting the floor and stairs reached 50%.

Besides, other works of the cooling, air compressor houses, and boiler house were also basically completed by INVESTCORP Dong Minh such as painting walls, installing doors, roof waterproofing and roof heat resistant. It is expected that in January 2023, INVESTCORP Dong Minh will complete the remaining works for acceptance and handover to the Investor.
