Construction progress updated in December 2022 – Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province
In December 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has focused on executing the work items in the contract. The works performed during the month includes road works, curbs, sidewalks, tree plant and campus.
For the roads, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has constructed crushed stone grade II reached 100% of the volume and crushed stone grade I reached 100% of the volume.
For the curbs, sidewalks, and tree plant, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has completed 100% of the curbs and 93% of sidewalk paving. In addition, the earthworks for ground leveling in the campus have also been constructed by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa with 94% of the volume.
As planned to implement in January 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will carry out pouring asphalt on the remaining roads of the project and basically complete the items signed in the contract.
