Construction progress updated in February 2023 – Dai Lai Eco-Residence and Resort Project, Ngoc Thanh Commune, Phuc Yen City, Vinh Phuc Province
In February 2023, INVESTCORP CREATION Company continues to execute the bidding package "Construction of earth retaining wall" under the project "Dai Lai Eco-Residence and Resort".
The items constructed by INVESTCORP CREATION in February 2023 include excavation and backfilling for pile pressing reached 100% volume; construction of foundation excavation, pouring concrete for retaining wall foundation reached 100%. At the same time, processing, installation of reinforcement and concrete pouring of the retaining wall foundation are also being implemented in parallel by INVESTCORP CREATION. Total construction output is estimated at 45% of contracted volume.
As planned in March 2023, INVESTCORP CREATION will focus on implementing the construction of foundation base, retaining wall, leveling and basically completing the workload to hand over to the Investor.
