Construction progress updated in February 2023 – Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project in Quang Dong Commune, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province

For the drainage system, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has installed the D600 sewer system reached 87%, the D400 culvert reached 34% of the volume and completed concrete casting work. In addition, casting concrete curbs has also been completed by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa at 65%. The total construction volume is estimated at 27% of the contract.

As planned in March 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will focus on completing the embankment of K98 road foundation, implementing the construction of grade II crushed stone foundation for the roads that have been handed over; completing embankment of sidewalks and rainwater drainage systems for the remaining roads.
