For the reception area, INVESTCORP 6 has completed the construction of the floor beams, the pier, the circular toilet and the excavation of the foundation, the construction of the floor of the stage area. The Rubby Four Seasons Villa and Bungalow under the lake have been continued to complete the tile roof, tiling, floor and interior by INVESTCORP 6.

In addition, in February 2023, INVESTCORP 6 has also completed the construction of generator rooms No.1 and 2, completed the structure of the frame and roof of the Tennis court and the laundry, and completed pouring pavement concrete for the roundabout. It is expected that in March 2023, INVESTCORP 6 will complete the frame and roof of the categories, and at the same time continue to implement other works according to the contract plan.
