Construction progress updated in February 2023 – Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province
In February 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has completed 100% of the asphalt irrigation to adhere to the road surface and asphalt pavement.
In addition, the transportation and planting of trees have also been completed by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa. Total construction volume reaches 98% of contract volume.
As planned to execute in March 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will carry out trenching work to complete the project's roads. At the same time, by the end of March, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will have also completed the construction of pavement tiles, the installation of electricity and water supply systems and construction of the green campus. It is expected that the items in the contract will be basically completed.
