Construction progress updated in February 2023 - Vina Ito Factory Project Phase 2
In February 2023, INVESTCORP 15 has completed building and plastering the factory walls, constructing layer 1 of the internal road and rainwater drainage system. Along with that, the construction of the garbage house walls and the installation of V steels for manhole covers are also being implemented by INVESTCORP 15.
It is expected that in March 2023, after the Investor confirms the factory floor concrete plan, INVESTCORP 15 will complete constructing the remaining concrete of the factory floor. Besides, the installation of curbs, internal roads, tiling toilets and pouring concrete of manhole necks will also complete 100% of the work volume.
In addition, the garbage house item will also be urgently constructed by INVESTCORP 15 to hand over to the Investor in mid-March 2023. At the same time, the internal asphalt spread will be carried out according to the Main contractor's plan, and the remaining cleaning and repair work will also be performed by INVESTCORP 15 in parallel.
