Construction progress updated in January 2022 – Renovation and improvement project of Thanh Quang Park (historical site of lamp factory), Ba Dinh ward, Thanh Hoa city

At the project of renovation and improvement of Thanh Quang park (historical site of the lamp factory), Ba Dinh ward, Thanh Hoa city, in January 2022 INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has completed the whole items such as installation of flower bed curbs; Terrazo tiling for internal roads and courtyard. A system of newly planted trees and 120 benches are installed in the entire campus to create a green space, eco-friendly environment. In the park campus, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has installed fitness equipment for people to have fun and exercise. The items of renovation of the main gate and the cultural house and the lighting system have been connected to electricity. INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa organized cleaning and handing over to the city for use before the Lunar New Year.

In February 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will complete the procedures for acceptance and handover of the project.
