Construction progress updated in January 2022 – Star Villas project
In January 2022, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed and handed over the villas No. 7 and No. 9.
In parallel, the finishing work includes skimcoat and painting, ceiling and installation of MEP system for the villas No. 3, 6, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16 & 1B are also continued to be constructed. Villa 1A has been completed the erection of the roof structure and plastering work. Outdoor works such as gates, fences, and gardens of villas No. 3, 6, 10, 12, 14, 15 are being completed by INVESTCORP Myanmar.
It is expected that in February 2022, INVESTCORP Myanmar will continue to complete and hand over villas No. 3, 6, 12, 14 and strive to complete villas No. 15, 16, 1A & 1B.
