Construction progress updated in January 2023 – Dai Lai Eco-Residence and Resort Project, Ngoc Thanh Commune, Phuc Yen City, Vinh Phuc Province
In January 2023, INVESTCORP CREATION Joint Stock Company continues to execute the construction of the earth retaining wall package under the project "Dai Lai Eco-Residence and Resort (Zone 2)".
Items done in January 2023, including construction of excavation, backfilling ground for pile pressing reached 100% of the volume; construction of pile pressing reached 80%; digging foundation, pouring lining concrete for retaining wall foundation reaches 35%; processing and installation of reinforcement reached 25%; pouring concrete foundation and retaining wall reached 15%.
As planned in February 2023, INVESTCORP CREATION will continue to carry out the construction of pile pressing, excavation and construction of foundation bases and embankments. It is expected that by the end of February 2023, INVESTCORP CREATION will complete about 60% of the construction package volume.
