Construction progress updated in July 2023 – Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project in Quang Dong commune, Thanh Hoa city
By the end of July 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has performed over 80% of the transport category including the embankment of the K95 soil road reached 83%, the embankment of the K98 soil road reached 91% and the construction of crushed stone foundation type II reached 90%, crushed stone foundation type I reached 80%. For the drainage system, the Company has also implemented the installation of sewers D600 and D400 reached 95% of the contract volume.
In addition, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa is still continuing to implement curbside construction reached 85%; installation of the water supply system reached 31%; installation of the electrical systems reached 60%. The work done volume is estimated at 48%.
As planned in August 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will focus on completing the embankment of pavement, installation of electrical systems, clean water supply systems, fire protection, and drainage systems.
