Construction progress updated in June 2022 – Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project
In June 2022, INVESTCORP 15 has urgently completed the remaining items of the office area, including installing curtains, installing skirting boards and gluing film for room separation glass, carrying out acceptance test and handing over to the Investor for use.
Due to the prolonged effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, the mobilization of construction personnel faced many difficulties, the import of raw materials for construction was stagnated by fluctuations in the price of materials and steel, etc. When the pandemic was under control and the competent authorities allowed the construction to resume, INVESTCORP 15 has rushed to develop remedial measures.
With the criteria to ensure Safety - Quality - Progress - Environmental friendliness, the project was put into use by INTCO Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd. and received high appreciation of the Investor for the capacity and experience of INVESTCORP 15 in particular and INVESTCORP Group in general.
