Construction progress updated in June 2023 – Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project in Quang Dong Commune, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province
In June 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa completed 83% of the K95 soil road embankment, 91% of the K98 embankment, 90% of the type II macadam foundation, and 80% of the type I macadam one. At the same time, the installation of the drainage system was also completed at 95% of the volume, and the construction of the curb reached 85%.
According to the implementing plan in July 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will speed up the construction of the road macadam foundations, coming to pour asphalt concrete for the handed-over surface. In addition, in July, the Company will also complete earthworks and paving stone pavement; complete the installation of the electrical system, clean water supply system, fire protection, and drainage system.
