Construction progress updated in March 2022 – Renovation project of lake, campus and walkway in Bac Luong commune, Tho Xuan district
On March 1, 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Renovation project of lake, campus and walkway in Bac Luong commune, Tho Xuan district. Attending the ceremony were representatives of Tho Xuan District People's Committee, Management Board of Construction and Investment Project of Tho Xuan District, Board of Directors of INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited and representatives of the construction unit.
The project includes items: construction of green landscape infrastructure, sidewalks, construction and installation of guardrails along the lake and electric lighting system. In March 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has completed over 60% of the work items in the contract, expected to be completed ahead of schedule.
According to implementation plan in April 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will mobilize construction manpower to complete 100% of items such as installation of curbs, paving and railings; planting trees of all kinds; installation of lighting systems and pavement construction.
