Construction progress updated in March 2022 – Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province
In March 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited focused on implementing and speeding up the construction of a number of work items at the Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province. The works performed in the month include the wastewater drainage system reaches 90% of the volume; installation of road surface water drainage reaches 75%; installation of curbs reached 40%; construction of pavement leveling, shoveling and transporting waste soil to the green campus, casting manholes and sumps. INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa is also completing the construction acceptance test to ask for moving the medium and low voltage lines running across the construction site.
It is expected that in April 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will speed up the construction and completion of the drainage system. Simultaneously, the construction works to move the medium and low voltage power systems; the gravel foundation of the roads, the installation of curbs and sidewalk tiling are also carried out. INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa sets a target to basically complete 90% of the infrastructure construction by April 30.
