Construction progress updated in March 2023 – Sao Mai Resort Project, Tho Lam Commune – Tho Xuan District – Thanh Hoa Province

For the reception house, INVESTCORP 6 has completed the construction of the concrete structure; for the Rubby Four Seasons Villa and Bungalow under the lake have been completed by INVESTCORP 6 inside and outside for handover to the Investor in April 2023.

In addition, in March 2023, INVESTCORP 6 also completed 100% of other ancillary items such as generator room 1 and 2, tennis court and laundry house. It is expected that in April 2023, the Company will complete the remaining items to hand over to the Investor.
