Construction progress updated in May 2023 – An additional tender package of "Detention basin to store after-treatment water" under "Textile and Garment Factory Project of Ramatex Nam Dinh - Phase 1"
In May 2023, INVESTCORP 15 completed spreading GCL sheets and HDPE sheets, and pouring concrete to block HDPE sheets. Along with that, the pump room was also installed with the door and roof; the cleaning, sanitizing, and defect repair are also carried out in parallel.
At the beginning of June 2023, INVESTCORP 15 will continue to clean, sanitize, fix errors, and cooperate with electrical engineers to operate and test the pump room to hand over it to the Investor to put into use.
In addition, also in May 2023, the Company implemented the construction of additional works under the auxiliary items, including parking houses, a garbage house, and a chemical warehouse. It is expected that by the end of June 2023, INVESTCORP 15 will have completed and handed over ancillary items to the Investor to put into use.
