Construction progress updated in May 2023 – Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project in Quang Dong Commune, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province
In May 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa completed 83% of the K95 soil embankment, 91% of the K98 soil embankment, 90% of the grade II crushed stone foundation, and 10% of the grade I one. At the same time, the installation of D400 and D600 drainage systems was also constructed by the Company with 91% of the contract volume.
In addition, the Company also started to implement the construction and installation of the electrical system; pavement construction work reached 80%. Total construction volume is estimated at 32%.
According to the plan in June 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will focus on spreading asphalt concrete on the surface of the handed-over roads, finishing paving pavement stones, and installing an electrical system, clean water supply system, and sewage system.
