Construction progress updated in May 2023 – Sao Mai Resort Project, Tho Lam Commune – Tho Xuan District – Thanh Hoa Province
At the end of May 2023, INVESTCORP 6 basically completed the items of the Four Seasons Rubby Villa, the Bungalow under the lake, and is finishing the interior furniture. For the reception house, INVESTCORP 6 completed the construction of the structure and completed the plastering.
In addition, at the tennis court and laundry area, the structural frame was also completed by INVESTCORP 6. At the Family villa area, INVESTCORP 6 is implementing the construction of floor beams and structures.
It is expected that in June 2023, the Company will hand over the Rubby Four Seasons villa, Bungalow under the lake, and complete the structure of the Family villa area.
