Construction progress updated in November 2021 – Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project
In November 2021, INVESTCORP 15 has completed the construction of all concrete floors for factories and office buildings. Concrete for the deck, dock floors No. 1 and stairs have also been completed in November 2021. The walls of the factory, office, and power room have also been done.
Currently, the construction of wall painting, waterproofing of cold tanks and fire tanks is underway. The plastering work inside and outside the office has been completed 70% of the workload.
It is expected that in December 2021, INVESTCORP 15 will complete internal and external plastering work of the office area and conduct primer and the 1st water paint color for the factory walls and office walls. The factory aluminum glass doors and tank waterproofing as well as office roofs will also be executed and completed in December 2021. The elevator installation and office finishing package will also be implemented in parallel.
