Construction progress updated in November 2021 – Renovation and improvement project of Thanh Quang Park (historical site of lamp factory), Ba Dinh ward, Thanh Hoa city
In November 2021, at the Renovation and improvement project of Thanh Quang Park (historical site of lamp factory), Ba Dinh ward, Thanh Hoa city, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has completed all the demolition of the existing infrastructure, installed stone curbs around the park, planted large trees in the campus and demolished the old coat of public toilets’ walls.
Currently, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa continues to implement and complete 80% of the underground drainage ditches, 90% of the HDPE pipe installation for the entire park's electrical system and 90% of concrete around the lake banks. The items of sidewalk renovation around the park, concrete pouring on the sidewalk around the lake, and fabrication of steel railings etc. are also being implemented.
As planned in December 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will make every effort to carry out and complete the entire workload in the contract to inspect and hand over the project to put into use in January 2022.
