Construction progress updated in November 2021 – Star Villas project
In November 2021, the situation in Myanmar continued to be complicated with protests and riots taking place more often, however, INVESTCORP Myanmar still tried to continue the construction and completion of the Star Villas project as per the primary objective.
Currently, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed and handed over villa 8 & villa 11, continues finishing and preparing for handing over villas 7 and 9 in December 2021; promotes finishing of villas 3, 6, 10, 12 & 14, construction of the outdoor garden of villas 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15 & 16 and focuses on completing the plastering work of villa 1B and building the structure of villa 1A.
In December 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar continues to carry out finishing works at site in parallel with accelerating the construction and plastering work of villas 1A & 1B.
