Construction progress updated in November 2022 – Project of Technical infrastructure for residential area in Quang Dong commune, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province
In November 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has focused on construction of project items under the contract. Construction works in the month includes dredging, road foundation excavation, K95 embankment achieved 100%; K98 embankment work achieved 95%. For the drainage system, the installation of the D600 sewer system has reached 81% and the sewer D400 has reached 24% of the contract volume.
As planned in December 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will focus on completing the construction of K98 road embankment, implementing the construction of grade II crushed stone foundation, installing curbs on the handed over roads, and completing the pavement embankment and rainwater drainage system of the remaining roads at the same time.
