Construction progress updated in November 2022 – Sakata Inx Vietnam Factory Project - Bac Ninh Branch
In November 2022, INVESTCORP 15 has completed the foundation work of the main factory, the concrete work of the factory floor has also been completed 75%, the wall building and plastering works are also being urgently constructed.
For the ancillary items, INVESTCORP 15 has also poured foundation and column concrete and is building the garbage house’s walls. In addition, the sewerage system is also continued to implement by INVESTCORP 15 to return the ground for external construction.
It is expected that by the end of December 2022, INVESTCORP 15 will finish pouring 75% of foundation concrete and wall plastering. In addition, for ancillary items and outdoor works, INVESTCORP 15 will hand over the garbage house to the Investor and continue to complete the works related to the sewer system and tank waterproofing; other ancillary items such as weighing bridge, foundation of wastewater treatment technology will also be implemented in parallel.
