Construction progress updated in November 2022 – Sao Mai Resort Project, Tho Lam Commune - Tho Xuan District - Thanh Hoa Province

For the reception area, INVESTCORP 6 has completed the construction of the underground part, the foundation, the septic tank, the embankment and continued to carry out the floor beams as well as order structures, frames and roofs.

At the four-season villas, Bungalows on the lake have been completed by INVESTCORP 6 with the concrete roof structure of 18 villas, and continued to implement the construction of the roof tiles, wall tiles, floor tiles and interior works. It is expected that in December 2022, the exterior and interior works will be completed.

In addition, INVESTCORP 6 also continued to construct the foundation structure in ancillary items in November such as tennis court, laundry house, generator room No. 01 & 02. Besides, the Company continued to complete the wall tiles and Granito stone of the Roundabout. As planned in December, INVESTCORP 6 will continue to speed up the progress to complete the steel structure and roofing work.
