Construction progress updated in October 2021– Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project
On October 15, 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar completed all items within the scope of works under the contract of Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project and handed it over to the Investor - Japan Inya Investment Company Limited.
Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and political instability in Myanmar, the Investor decided to suspend the entire project until the pandemic and political situation are completely controlled before continuing to implement the construction of the project.
Currently, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed the works from the foundation to the ground floor of the project.
