Construction progress updated in October 2021– Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project
In October 2021, the Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project has been completed the construction of concrete lining of the factory ground, the concrete roof of power room, the concrete walls of chemical house and walls on the 2nd floor of the office building. Currently, INVESTCORP 15 is implementing the construction of the 3rd floor walls of the office area and construction of 90% of the concrete works for the factory ground.
It is expected that in November 2021, INVESTCORP 15 will complete the factory ground concrete, deck concrete, stair concrete and complete the construction and plastering of the 2nd & 3rd floors of office buildings. The outdoor and indoor wall painting will be started to implement in early November 2021. The waterproofing of the fire tanks and the roof of the office area, and the aluminum and glass windows of the factory will also be constructed in parallel with other items. The elevator installation will also be carried out soon in November 2021.
