Construction progress updated in October 2021 – Star Villas project
Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, INVESTCORP Myanmar could not concentrate much manpower to accelerate the project progress as expected.
In October 2021, the finishing works of the villas No. 3, 6, 7, 9, 12, 14, 15 & 16 continued to be accelerated and completed to 60% of the workload such as painting and skimcoat of gypsum ceilings etc. Villas No. 8 & 11 have also basically completed the last coat of paint to prepare for handover in early November 2021.
Currently, INVESTCORP Myanmar is plastering Villa 1B’s walls and starting construction of Villa 1A. It is expected that in November 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar will focus on completing and handing over to the Investor Villas No. 7, 8, 9 & 11 and strive to complete to 80% of villas No. 3, 6, 10, 12. &14.
